Raluca is a friend. A marvellous friend.
I met her in June 2003 during an English Language Course in Gloucester, England.
She is Roumanian and she was there for the same reason I was.
From the beginning I felt she was someone special, with a gracious way of looking, someone who looks you in the eye when talking and listening to you. This is very difficult to find nowadays. This means you are really being listened to; this means you have a strong person in front of you able to listen and not to judge, to pick and keep you up.
Since then, although very far away, she has been my "sister", that sister I would like to have but I don't.
